🐾 Party Animals Books Return + Refund Policy
We want you to love your Party Animals purchase. While most of our products are final sale, we’ll always make things right if something goes wrong with your order.
📚 Physical Books

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the issue.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once approved, we’ll either replace the book or issue a refund.
🎨 Digital Downloads
All digital products (like downloadable coloring packs) are final sale. Once a file has been delivered, we can’t offer returns or refunds.
🚚 Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, Party Animals Books covers return shipping.

For any other approved return (rare), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
💌 How to Start a Return/Replacement
Email us at hello@partyanimalsbooks.com with your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photo. We’ll review your request and provide next steps.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
💳 Refunds (When Applicable)
If your return/refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post it.
⚖️ EU Customers
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This does not apply to digital downloads.
