Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location:
- United States: Typically 3–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT
- These fees are not included in your order total
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
While we can’t control shipping delays or delivery issues, we’re always happy to help if something comes up.
If your order is:
- Lost
- Delayed
- Marked as delivered but not received

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to catch it before it ships.
