2. Our Products

We create and sell physical coloring books and digital downloads. While we make every effort to represent products accurately, colors and details may vary depending on your device. Products, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed. Please review carefully before checkout, as cancellations may not be possible. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy [LINK].

4. Shipping & Delivery

Physical books ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only—we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Digital Downloads

Digital coloring packs are delivered electronically. These items are final sale and non-refundable.
EU/UK customers: by purchasing digital downloads, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.

6. EU/UK Customer Rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel orders for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Books must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and use customer information in line with our Privacy Policy [LINK]. This includes use of Shopify, TikTok, and third-party providers for secure checkout, order processing, and marketing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including illustrations, logos, and product designs—belongs to Party Animals Books or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.
